Shipping Policy

Every piece is inspected and carefully packaged before it leaves our studio. Here's what to expect from the moment you order to the moment it arrives.

Current Rate

₹150.00 flat rate, free on orders over ₹1,000.00.

Processing Time

  • In-stock, ready-to-wear pieces ship within 3-5 business days of your order being placed.
  • Made-to-order and hand-finished pieces are painted to order and require 10-14 business days before dispatch.
  • Processing time and delivery time are separate — both are added together for your total wait.

Delivery Areas

  • We currently ship to addresses within India.
  • Delivery is handled by our trusted courier partners and typically takes 3-7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
  • Remote or rural pin codes may take slightly longer.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and courier details.
  • You can also check your order status anytime from the order tracking page using your order number.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and our current shipping configuration.
  • The exact rate, and any free-shipping threshold, are shown on the checkout page before you pay.

Common Questions

How long will my order take to arrive?

In-stock pieces typically arrive within 6-12 business days of ordering (3-5 days processing plus 3-7 days delivery). Made-to-order pieces take longer since each is hand-painted — see Processing Time above.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time we only ship within India.

How do I track my order?

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. You can also look up your order using your order number on our order tracking page.

What if my order hasn't arrived within the estimated window?

Reach out to us via the Contact page with your order number and we'll look into it with our courier partner right away.

Is shipping free?

Any free-shipping threshold is shown at checkout before you pay, based on our current shipping configuration.
